This website currently only supports shipping within the United States, covering most states and territories. International shipping, overseas territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO) are not currently supported.

2. Shipping Time
All orders are processed after successful payment;

Shipping is typically completed within 1-3 business days; Shipping times may be delayed during holidays, promotional events, or inventory adjustments.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the United States are as follows:

Standard Delivery: Approximately 3-7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, peak shipping seasons, or force majeure events.

4. Logistics Partners

To ensure efficient and safe transportation, we partner with the following US logistics service providers:

The system will automatically select the appropriate shipping method based on order weight, address, and shipping efficiency.

5. Shipping Costs
Some orders qualify for free shipping within the US; orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria will have their shipping costs displayed on the checkout page; additional charges may apply to remote areas or packages with unusual weights.

6. Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's status in real time.

7. Address and Delivery Responsibility

Users must ensure that they provide accurate and complete delivery information. This website is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address;
Invalid contact information;
No one to sign for the package or refusal to accept delivery;
User's request to change the address, resulting in delays or additional costs.

If a package is returned due to user reasons, the user will bear the cost of reshipping.

8. Pet Food Transportation Instructions

Pet snacks are food products and may be affected by temperature and humidity during transportation. It is recommended to store them properly upon receipt and seal them as soon as possible to ensure product quality.

Minor packaging changes during transportation (such as compression or slight deformation of the outer box) that do not affect food safety are not considered quality issues.

9. Package Damage or Loss

If a package is obviously damaged, missing, or lost during transportation, please contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for it, providing order information and relevant photos. We will assist in handling reshipment or claims.

10. Risk Transfer Statement

Once the logistics system shows that the package has been successfully delivered, the risk of loss transfers to the user. This website is not liable for losses caused by unattended delivery, improper storage, or loss.

11. Terms Update

This website reserves the right to update these terms according to logistics policies, operational needs, or legal requirements. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
